How we started and where we are
Cornish Fudge Victoria was established in December 2020 as a franchise by business owner, Mitchell Barker from Cornish Cream Fudge owned by Rex Turner.
Making home made/hand made smooth fudge based on an old recipe from Cornwell, England and adapted to Australian ingredients making our fudge "the best" fudge around.
CFV travels to local markets and festivals promoting and selling our delicious fudge.
Who would've thought that a worldwide Pandemic COVID was about to disrupt the way we live as we know it!
CFV were still able to produce the delicious fudge and like all businesses during the lockdown, had to find initiative ideas to keep going and thus was born "Fudge of the Month".
Three years on. CVF is now a business in it's own rights still selling at the local markets and festivals. The business has now been expanded Australia wide and includes a vegan range along with a low sugar that is also dog friendly, specialty fudges (upon request) and our quick selling Christmas range (November/December only).
